Unlike the earlier works, this piece carries no visible struggle. The tension that shaped the series softens into stillness.

Warm stone, oxidised mineral tones and deep carbon blacks create a restrained palette that feels weathered rather than dramatic. Light moves gently across the figure while the surrounding brushwork dissolves into softer atmospheric movement. On museum matte paper, those surfaces become quieter, heavier and more tactile — closer to layered pigment and aged canvas than digital image.
