Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
All digital products — including journals, workbooks, guides, and digital art — are delivered immediately after purchase.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link.
• No physical item will be shipped
• Downloads are available immediately after checkout
• Please save and back up your files after downloading

Print-on-Demand Products
(Posters, Framed Prints, Canvas & Printed Materials)
All physical products are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners (Printful, Gelato, and Lulu).
Each item is produced after your purchase is confirmed.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
Shipping Time Estimates

United Kingdom & EU: 3–7 business days
United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers outside the UK/EU may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delays
While LunarHeartCo carefully monitors all shipments, delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to courier delays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or other factors outside our direct control.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Returns & Replacements
Digital products are non-refundable due to immediate delivery.
Print-on-demand products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Include clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement through our production partner.
