Welcome to LunarHeartCo.

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through this website, including digital downloads and print-on-demand (POD) products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About LunarHeartCo

LunarHeartCo is operated by an independent creator based in the United Kingdom.

2. Products & Fulfilment

LunarHeartCo offers two categories of products:

Digital Downloads

Delivered immediately after checkout via email and/or secure download link.
No physical item will be shipped.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

Produced and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners, including Printful, Gelato, and Lulu.
Items are made to order and shipped directly to the customer.
Processing and shipping estimates are provided at checkout.

3. Digital Product Licence

When purchasing a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-commercial licence only.

You may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the files
• Use them for commercial purposes without written permission
• Claim the content, artwork, or designs as your own

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of LunarHeartCo.

4. Order Processing

Digital Downloads

Files are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
Access is provided via automated email and/or your order page.

Print-on-Demand Products

Items are custom-produced upon order.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Digital Products

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel ends once the download has begun. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this.

Print-on-Demand Products

Due to their custom-made nature, POD products are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue, contact hello@lunarheartco.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographic evidence of the issue

If approved, a replacement will be arranged.

6. Refunds

All sales are final.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Delays caused by shipping carriers

If you experience:

• A broken download link
• Missing files
• A damaged or incorrect item

Contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and approved third-party processors.

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

LunarHeartCo is not currently VAT-registered.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, text, branding, and digital content are protected by copyright.

Purchasing a product grants a limited personal-use licence only. Ownership and copyright remain with LunarHeartCo.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, LunarHeartCo shall not be liable for:

• Shipping delays caused by third-party carriers
• Customs delays or fees
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Misuse or improper handling of any product

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer. Where you are located in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, regardless of the governing law stated in these Terms.
